Wildcat soccer signs eight players for 2021

It's Signing Day, and the Wildcat soccer family is growing!
Weber State University women's soccer Head Coach Craig Sanders is pleased to announce the signing of eight players to a National Letter of Intent.
The eight new Wildcats feature two from out-of-state, and six from along the Wasatch Front. Joining Weber State as part of the 2021 signing class are: Alaina Wildenradt, Brynlee Meyerhoffer, Hadley Whiting, Lily Webster, Luckkana Phonharath, Morgan Furmaniak, Olivia Seager, and Peyton Anderson.
Alaina Wildenradt (Plainfield, Illinois) is a 5-foot-7 center midfielder from Joliet Catholic Academy in Joliet, Illinois. She lettered in high school soccer her freshman and sophomore years, and her team earned ESCC Conference Champs and fourth in State. Wildenradt earned All-Conference and Offensive Player of the Year in 2019. She played club soccer for Chicago Fire Juniors West, and earned the title of National Champions in the Presidents Cup.
Brynlee Meyerhoffer (Plain City, UT) is a 5-foot-3 midfielder from Fremont High School in Plain City, Utah. She earned a letter in high school soccer her freshman and senior year. Meyerhoffer played club soccer for LaRoca FC, and helped lead the team earn many accolades, including: 2018 National Champions Finalist and Co-Golden Boot; 2018 Desert Premier League Champions; 2018 National League Champions; 2017 Region IV Champions; and many others.
Hadley Whiting (Saratoga Springs, UT) is a 5-foot-9 goalkeeper from Westlake High School in Saratoga Springs, Utah. She played club soccer for Utah Arsenal FC, and played high school for Westlake High School, where she lettered her freshman year. After her freshman year, she decided to focus exclusively on her club soccer career. Whiting played on the Utah ODP team invite in 2017 and 2018, and was a 2019 Western Region ODP Camp invitee.
Lily Webster (Salt Lake City, UT) is a 5-foot-8 forward from Olympus High School in Pleasant Grove, Utah. She played club soccer for Impact, and high school soccer for Olympus High where she earned letters her junior and senior year. Webster helped her club team earn two state championships (2018 and 2019), and was accepted to the Regional tournament in 2020, and the National Championship for 2020.
Lukkana Phonharath (West Valley City, UT) is a 5-foot-7 attacking midfielder from Hunter High School in West Valley City, Utah. She played club soccer for Murray Soccer Club, and high school soccer for Hunter High School. Phonharath earned letters in high school soccer in 2018, 2019, and 2020.
Morgan Furmaniak (Plainfield, Illinois) is a 5-foot-9 forward from Joliet Catholic Academy in Joliet, Illinois. She played club soccer for Chicago Fire Juniors West and helped her team become the National President's Cup Champions in 2019, and State Cup Semi-Finalist in 2019. Furmaniak lettered in high school soccer in 2017-18, 2018-19, and 2019-20 (high school soccer will be played in early 2021 in Illinois), and basketball in 2017. She was also part of the Class 2A State Championship fourth place team in 2018-19.
Olivia Seager (Sandy, UT) is a 5-foot-4 outside attacking/outside midfielder from Brighton High School in Sandy, Utah. She played club soccer for LaRoca FC where she helped her team win Utah State Cup in 2020, LaRoca Cup Champions in 2018, and Phoenix Cup Finalist in 2017. She lettered in high school soccer in 2020.Â
Peyton Anderson (Orem, UT) is a 5-foot-4 central defender/defensive midfielder from Orem High School in Orem, Utah. She played club soccer for La Roca ECNL, and high school soccer for Orem High. Anderson lettered in high school soccer in 2018 and 2020, and played for La Roca DA in 2018 and 2019. She helped lead her club team to become the 2020 State Champions, and third place at the National Championship in 2017.
