DIETITIAN AND NUTRITION SERVICES
As an athletic department, we firmly believe in proper nutrition and recovery for the athletes in our care. The strength and conditioning staff work daily with our athletes on how to properly fuel the athlete’s body, healthy sleeping habits, and active recovery techniques which are all geared toward optimal health and performance. We also have an Athletics Dietitian, Libbi Hazelwood, on staff to assist with nutrition needs. This link will take you directly to schedule an appointment for one-on-one nutrition consulting with our Athletics Dietitian.

SAFE AT WEBER CENTER
The Safe At Weber Center advocates for the best educational experience for all by addressing systemic oppression, empowering communities, and working toward a shared vision of gender equity in pursuit of a safe, inclusive, and compassionate campus.
Â
Gender Equity -Â We aim to strengthen and improve the lives of women and their communities through increasing pathways to resources and opportunities.

Â
Advocacy - We provide comprehensive support and advocacy services to victims/survivors, focusing on immediate and long-term safety, empowerment, dignity, and hope. In collaboration with the community, we strive to end violence through education, accountability, and social justice.
Â
We enact our values of gender equity, intersectionality, and advocacy through our three programs: Safe@Weber Violence Prevention & Advocacy Services, Education & Empowerment, and Leadership & Engagement.
