Korman Named Big Sky Golfer of the Week

FARMINGTON, Utah – Weber State's Cala Korman led the Wildcats to a second place finish at the Kelsey Chugg Invitational this week and was rewarded for her performance with the Big Sky Conference Golfer of the Week honor as the league announced it's weekly awards on Wednesday.
Korman shot rounds of 75 and 70 to finish with a 1-over 145 in the rain-shortened event at Wolf Creek Resort Golf Course, which put her in a tie for second on the leaderboard. She posted eight birdies over her two rounds, including six in her 2-under par second round.
The event featured six Big Sky Conference teams and was hosted by the Wildcats.
