"I'm really excited to be a part of the Weber State football program, the community, and the university and build something special here," Kjar said. "It's been built before and we want to return to that. I feel really blessed to be a part of Weber State and what it has to offer. It's a special place and I truly believe that."
Kjar (pronounced "Care") posted a 112-10 record with six state championships over the last nine seasons as the head coach at Corner Canyon High School in Draper, Utah.Â
