Weber State welcomes Favour Onoh

OGDEN - Weber State women's basketball and head coach Jenteal Jackson are excited to announce the addition of Favour Onoh to the Wildcat team. 
 
Favour Onoh is a 6'5" center from Enuge, Nigeria.

A transfer from Oklahoma State, Onoh spent the past season with the Cowgirls. During the 2025-26 season, Onoh saw action in five games. She played six minutes and grabbed four rebounds against Langston and pulled two rebounds against Prairie View. She also scored two points and had an assist and a rebound against Mississippi Valley.

"We are looking forward to all that Favour will bring to our team and Weber State. She's an impact player who adds a lot of length and will without a doubt affect the game on both sides of the ball. We are excited to coach her and watch Favour's growth and success here as a Wildcat. She's an incredible addition to our team."

Before Oklahoma State:
Missed the 2024-25 campaign due to injury…Competed for the University of the Philippines in 2023-24…Averaged 10.7 points and 13.9 rebounds per contest…Also tallied 3.2 blocks, 1.3 steals and 1.2 assists per game…She was named the UAAP Season 86 Rookie of the Year…Helped the UP Fighting Maroons to a third-place finish, marking the first time the squad has reached the podium since 2008…Set the UAAP single-game record with 30 rebounds in her squad's overtime win over Santo Tomas…Also scored 14 points in the contest.
