Posting AP Courses
Posting AP Courses/Concurrent Enrollment Classes
The following steps must be completed in order to post a student's Advanced Placement (AP) courses to their WSU transcript:
a. AP scores must be sent or brought to WSU Compliance or Admissions Office (an official copy is not required). If to Compliance they will take scores to Admissions for posting. A score of 3 or above is needed.
b. A $10 recording fee must be paid through Cashier's in person or by phone.
c. Fill out and submit to Admissions the Application for Test Credit form.
Guidelines for AP credit can be found here.
Concurrent Enrollment are courses a student took from a college, through their High School, which counts for college credit. Those taken at WSU will already be on the transcript. Those taken elsewhere will NOT be taken from High School transcripts. An Official Transcript from the college must be sent to WSU Compliance or Admissions. There is no charge to post these courses. Once the transcript is received the courses will be posted.
