Jackson started five games at quarterback for Weber State in 2025 before suffering a season-ending injury. He transferred to WSU prior to the season from UTSA. 

2025 (Sophomore)
Started the first five games of the season before a season-ending injury in the UC Davis game…Threw for 693 yards and four touchdowns in the five games and ran for 227 yards and one more touchdown…Threw for 218 yards and a touchdown in Weber State’s win at McNeese, and followed that up with 185 yards passing and two touchdowns in the win over Butler…Ran for 114 yards at McNeese, including a 50-yard touchdown run.

UTSA
Spent the 2023 and 2024 seasons at UTSA, but did not appear in any games…Was named to the American Athletic Conference All-Academic team in 2023. 

High school
Was a two-time district MVP as the starting quarterback at Ennis High School…Finished his prep career with 5,725 yards and 51 touchdowns on 387-of-605 passing (64%) and a QB rating of 170.06, finishing second in the program’s passing record book behind Graham Harrell…Also rushed for 884 yards and 12 TDs on 155 attempts during his career…Was named the District 5-5A Division II Offensive MVP as a senior…Threw for 2,995 yards and 25 touchdowns on 214-of-349 passing and rushed for 602 yards and six scores in 2022 to lead the Lions to a bi-district title…Was named the 2021 District 8-5A MVP and first-team all-district selection…Completed 153 of 228 passes (67%) for 2,490 yards and 23 TDs as a junior to help lead Ennis to an 11-1 record, a district title (7-0) and the area round of the Class 5A Division II playoffs…Was a three-star prospect by 247Sports and Rivals and was a Texas Top 300 recruit and rated as the No. 10 QB in the class of 2023 by Dave Campbell’s Texas Football.
