Ty finished his Wildcat career in 2021 as an All-American and a three-time All-Big Sky first-team selection. He played and started in 57 career games in his Wildcat career. He earned All-American honors in the spring 2021 season and is one of seven players in WSU history to earn first-team All-Big Sky honors three times in a career and was a part of four-straight Big Sky titles and FCS Playoff appearances. He has also earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors five times and graduated with a Master’s degree in Education.

Played and started in nine games on the offensive line during the season.
Spring 2021
Earned multiple All-America honors and first-team All-Big Sky honors after starting all six games and helping Weber State to a fourth straight Big Sky title...Was named to the All-America teams by Stats Perform, the Associated Press, and the American Football Coaches Association...Earned first-team All-Big Sky honors for the third straight season, one of six players in school history to earn first team honors three times.
2019 (Junior)
Started all 15 games during Weber State’s historic season, helping WSU win a third-straight Big Sky title and advance to the FCS Semifinals...Earned first-team All-Big Sky honors for the second-straight season..Helped block for All-American Josh Davis and first-team All-Big Sky performer Clay Moss...Earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors in Political Science.
2018 (Sophomore)
Started in all 13 games on the offensive line and earned first team All-Big Sky honors...Helped block for WSU freshman running back Josh Davis who won National Freshman of the Year honors...Earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors in Political Science.
2017 (R-Freshman)
Started all 14 games for the Wildcats on the offensive line and was part of the historic WSU season that included a Big Sky title, a school-record 11 wins, two wins in the FCS Playoffs and a fifth-place national ranking...Earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors in Political Science.
2016
Sat out the season as a red shirt after signing with Weber State in February 2016.
Linfield Christian High School
Played for coach DeChon Burns at Linfield Christian High School where he was the team captain as a senior in 2015...Was named the team Offensive Lineman of the Year and earned first team All-CIF honors...Also played basketball and participated in track and field...Was named to the honor roll each semester of high school.
