2007-08 (Junior)

Janie was one of the Tri-Captains for the Wildcats during the season along with Sara Tuomi and Tonya Schnibbe...Played in 27 of Weber State’s 28 games during the year and started the last 12 games of the season...Has now appeared in 85 games during her three-year career and has started 23 games...Finished the year averaging 5.0 points and 3.0 rebounds per game, while shooting 48 percent from the field...Scored in double figures four times during the year, including season-highs of 15 points twice, both coming against Montana State...Pulled down a season-high nine rebounds in a home game with Northern Arizona in February...Also played a career-high 33 minutes in that game against NAU.

 

2006-07 (Sophomore)

Played in all 31 games for the Wildcats as a sophomore and started eight games...She finished fourth on the team in scoring at 6.9 points per game and averaged 3.1 rebounds per game...Scored in double figures in eight games, including a career-high 18 points in WSU’s win over Idaho on November 25...In that game she set a new school record by going 9-9 from the field, the best single-game field goal percentage in school history...On the season she led Weber State by shooting 57.7 percent from the field...Posted 17 points in the first Big Sky game of the year, a January 4 win over Northern Colorado...Pulled down a career-high 12 rebounds in WSU’s last game of the season, a loss to Idaho State in the Big Sky Tournament...Shot 75 percent from the free throw line and was third on the team with 11 blocks during the season.

 

2005-06 (Freshman)

Janie saw action in 27 of 30 games for the Wildcats during the season...She scored in 16 of those 27 games...Had a career-high 13 points and a career-high six rebounds in WSU’s 50-49 win at Montana on February 2...Also was 5-8 from the field and 3-4 from the line in that game...Averaged 3.0 points and 1.8 rebounds on the season...Shot 48.5 percent from the field and 40.5 percent from the free throw line...Recorded three blocked shots on the year.

 

Star Valley High School

Was named as one of the top 10 players in the state of Wyoming as a senior at Star Valley High School...Earned two All-State honors and two All-District honors...Was also named All-State and All-District in volleyball...Also lettered in track...Was named the Star Valley MVP for both basketball and volleyball.
