Adams was with WSU for all four seasons of her career and played in 97 games and started in 42. She averaged 16 minutes a game. She averaged 5.5 rebounds per game in her career and 4.7 points. She recorded 82 blocks and 537 total rebounds. In her senior year, Adams was the top rebounder for the Wildcats averaging 8.2 a game. She had five double-doubles in her career and pulled down 10 or more boards a game 17 different times.
