High School:  Parks is a 2009 graduate of Joseph High School in Oregon... Over her four-year high school career, she led her team to a 99-10 overall record... Led Joseph High to a fifth-place State tournament finish as a freshman, a second-place finish as a sophomore and to the State championship as a junior with an undefeated 29-0 record... In 2008-09, she helped the Eagles to a repeat performance as State champions, losing only once for a 23-1 record... Scored the game-winning shot with two seconds left in the championship game in 2009...Was named to the State All-Tournament Second Team in 2006 and the All-Tournament First Team three-straight years from 2007 to 2009... Was an All-State Honorable Mention as a freshman in 2006 and was All-State First Team from 2007 to 2009... Was named the State Player of the Year in both 2008 and 2009... Was a four-time Team Offensive Player of the Year and a three-time Team Defensive Player of the Year... Was her High School Salutatorian and earned National Honor Roll honors.
