Brian Hood joined the Weber State Athletic Department in 2024 as the Assistant Director of Athletics Compliance. Prior to joining the Weber State Athletic Department, Brian worked as an
attorney, specializing in criminal defense and civil rights. From 2013-2016, he worked as a volunteer as the Director of Operations for the Weber State Club Hockey team, and returned to
that position in 2021. Before enrolling as a student at Weber State, Brian worked 18 years as a casino executive on the Las Vegas strip.
Brian graduated from Weber State in 2016 with a degree in Criminal Justice. In 2019 he earned a Juris Doctorate from Southern Illinois University School of Law. In his free time, Brian likes to take naps, play golf, read as many books as he can, and take more naps.
