Darin Hogge was elevated to the position of Director of Digital Media and Publications in 2011, after serving as the Athletics Website Coordinator and Assistant Media Relations Director for the previous seven years. He has been a member of the Weber State Athletics Department since 1998.
As the Director of Digital Media and Publications, Hogge is responsible for the image and branding of the athletics department through print, photographic, and electronic applications. He administers the day-to-day operations for the creation of all in-house publications, directs the development and maintenance of the athletics web page, and directs the department's live video streaming. He also assists the Media Relations department, remaining the contact for men's and women's golf.
Prior to 2003, Hogge served as a Sports Information Department assistant at Weber State for five years. During that time he was heavily involved in implementing both StatCrew computer statistic programs and a dedicated website to the athletics department.
During his time at Weber State, Darin has been involved with 17 Big Sky Conference Championship events in basketball, soccer, softball, track and field, and tennis, and has served as the Media Relations Director for two America Sky Men's Golf Conference championships. He has also been involved in four NCAA men’s basketball tournament events and three NCAA women's soccer College Cup events.
Darin, a native of Clinton, Utah, graduated from Weber State University in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Legal Studies.
In 2002, Darin worked for the Olympic News Service at the curling, alpine skiing, and sledge hockey venues during the Salt Lake Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Darin was married to Brenda Somerville in July of 2006. The couple are parents to three boys, Braden, Landon, and Easton.
