Elsa Hassett is in her first year as the Marketing Manager for Weber State Athletics. She was hired in August 2025 and manages the Marketing efforts for all Wildcat sports.
Hassett has two degrees from Weber State University and was a standout member of the national champion Wildcat cheer team.
She was part of six national championships for the Wildcat Large Coed team and helped Weber State to national prominence. She also won multiple partner stunt national championships.
She was also a five-time member of the US National Cheer team and won five ICU World Championships.
Hassett graduated from Weber State with a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal and Family Communication. She earned her Master’s of Professional Communication degree in 2024.
Prior to coming to Weber State Athletics, Hassett worked as an Event Coordinator for Varsity Spirit. She also worked as the Marketing Manager at Weber Dining from 2023-24.
Hassett was born in Miami, Florida, and raised in Utah. She is a graduate of Westlake High School.
