Justin Rascati is in his second season as an assistant coach with the Wildcats. He joined the WSU staff in the spring of 2012 and coaches the quarterbacks at Weber State.
In his first season with the Wildcats in 2012 he coached Mike Hoke to a strong season at quarterback for Weber State. Hoke threw for more than 2,000 yards and 13 touchdowns during his senior season.
Rascati played quarterback under then head coach John L. Smith at Louisville before transferring to James Madison where he led the Dukes to the Division I-AA (now FCS) championship in 2004. James Madison defeated Montana in the championship game. As a senior in 2004 he threw for over 2,00 yards and 14 touchdowns. He also rushed for 375 yards and 10 touchdowns.
After graduating from James Madison he had tryouts in the NFL and the CFL. He played in the Arena Football 2 League and was an offensive coordinator for a high school in Kentucky before coming to Weber State.
Rascati is a native of Gainsville, Florida. He is married to Jennifer Rascati.
