Erica Jordan is the dance coach for the Weber State Spirit Squad. She joined the WSU program in 2020 and has helped lead Weber State to multiple dance national championships.

A native of Sandy, Utah, Jordan was a member of Ballet West Nutcracker for six years, a part of the youth cat for Odyssey Dance Theater's Thriller, a featured dancer in the MTV Movie "The American Mall", and a featured dancer in the Disney Channel Original Movie "High School Musical 3".

Jordan was a member of the Brighton High School Drill Team where she was a captain both her junior and senior years. After high school, she attended Arizona State University where she was a member of the Dance Team and Spirit Squad for four years. During her time at ASU, Erica served as the Head Captain during her junior and senior years. Her accomplishments in college include a Gold Medal for Jazz at the ICU World Championships in 2013. She made an appearance on the Jimmy Fallon Show and performed and choreographed the pregame show for the 2015 Super Bowl and performed in Katy Perry's Super Bowl Halftime Show.

She graduated in May 2016 in Business Law and Business Communication and received a minor in Sociology. In March 2019, Erica graduated with her Master's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Leadership from Ottawa University Arizona. During this time, she also served as the Graduate Assistant for the Ottawa University Cheer and Dance Team from 2017-2019.

Jordan served as an assistant coach for the Hillcrest High School Drill team from 2010-2022. She is also currently the computer programming teacher at Hillcrest High School.
