Stuart “Monk” Halliday

Football, Men's Basketball, Baseball, Track and Field (1919-26)

Inducted January 1989

Stuart “Monk” Halliday was a four-sport performer at Weber Junior College, starring for the Wildcats on their early football teams. Halliday was the starting quarterback for the Wildcats for four seasons, and earned All-Western States Conference honors in 1925.

Halliday played on four Western States Conference championship teams.

Halliday worked as an educator for many years. He passed away in 2000 at age 95.
