Lindsey Johnson named Big Sky Athlete of the Week

OGDEN - Weber State senior Lindsey Johnson has been named the Big Sky Conference Women's Field Athlete of the Week. Johnson earned the honor after winning the high jump at the Montana State Dual meet.
Johnson, a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico reached her career best mark of 5-10 in the high jump at the Montana State Dual Meet Friday in Bozeman. The mark is tied for the fifth best in Weber State history
The mark is also currently the best in the Big Sky Conference and ranks 24th in the country.
This is Johnson's first career Big Sky Athlete of the Week honor.
The Wildcat men's and women's track teams are headed to the Big Sky Conference Championships on Feb. 21 in Bozeman, Mont.
