Big Sky announces 2020-2023 conference football schedules

OGDEN - The Big Sky Conference has announced the league football schedules for the 2020-2023 seasons. All league teams will play eight conference games each season.
Weber State will continue to play conference rivals Idaho State and Southern Utah each season and will rotate among the other conference schools. WSU will play each conference opponent at least twice during the four year stretch and will also play every conference school at home at least once and on the road at least once. Â

A breakdown of each conference season for Weber State:

2020
In 2020, the Wildcats open the conference season with a home game against UC Davis. WSU will also host Montana State, Portland State and Northern Colorado, while facing road games at Cal Poly, Eastern Washington, Idaho State and Southern Utah.
The conference schedule completes the 2020 schedule for Weber State. The Wildcats will open the season at Wyoming and also face a road game at Northern Iowa and a home game against Dixie State.
2021
The Wildcats will start the 2021 season with a road game at Northern Arizona. WSU also faces road contests at Montana, Northern Colorado and Portland State, with home games scheduled against Idaho State, Sacramento State, Idaho and Southern Utah. It will be Idaho's first game in Ogden, since rejoining the Big Sky.
WSU will open 2021 with non-conference games at Utah and Dixie State and will add one more non-conference home game.
Â2022
The Wildcats start out the 2022 season on Sept. 24 at longtime rival Idaho State and will also play at Southern Utah, Montana State and Sacramento State. The 'Cats will have Big Sky home games against UC Davis, Montana, Cal Poly and Eastern Washington.
WSU will host Dixie State on Sept. 17 in a non-conference games and still will add two more games.
Â2023
The 2023 conference season begins at home on Sept. 23 against Idaho State with other home games scheduled against Northern Colorado, Northern Arizona and Southern Utah. WSU will play at Idaho, Portland State, UC Davis and Eastern Washington that season.
The 'Cats will open 2023 at the University of Utah and still need two more games.
