Weber State Wildcat Athletics has a new radio home. WSU and Weber State Sports Properties have reached a multi-year partnership with 103.1 FM The Wave, which will now be the exclusive radio home for all Wildcat football and men's basketball games.Â
The Wave will broadcast all games on 103.1 on the FM dial and all games will also be streamed online at 1031thewave.com and WeberStateSports.com.Â
Longtime play-by-play announcer Steve Klauke will continue to broadcast all Weber State games. Klauke is in his sixth season as the full-time voice of the Wildcats and has been named the Utah Sportscaster of the Year three times.Â
Klauke will continue to be joined by former Weber State head coach and athletic director Jerry Graybeal for commentary on football games and former WSU standout and Big Sky MVP David Patten on select men's basketball games.Â
A pre and post-game show will continue to be part of each Wildcat game broadcast.Â
103.1 The Wave is owned and operated by Capital Broadcasting in Salt Lake City, which has been the home of Wildcat Athletics for many years in the past.Â
The Wave can be heard all across the Wasatch front on the FM dial, and can also be heard anywhere in the world online at 1031thewave.com or on the Wave mobile app at 103.1 The Wave.Â
