Friday night football! Montana State home game picked up by ESPNU

Wildcats and Bobcats will kickoff on Friday, Oct. 15 at Stewart Stadium.
It will be Friday night lights at Stewart Stadium. The Big Sky Conference has announced a schedule change involving Weber State. WSU's home game against Montana State has been moved to Friday, October 15 and will be televised nationally on ESPNU. Kickoff time will be announced later.Â
The announcement was made Monday at the Big Sky Kickoff in Spokane, Washington.Â
Earlier this year, the Big Sky announced a new multi-year partnership with ESPN, which included two conference regular season games televised on ESPNU each year. Weber State's game against Montana State and the October 2 game of Montana at Eastern Washington were the two games selected by ESPN.Â
The conference partnership also includes the streaming of more than 600 events across the conference on ESPN+ and the ESPN app for football, volleyball, soccer, men's basketball and women's basketball.Â
The Wildcats have won four straight Big Sky titles and return four All-Americans and 13 All-Big Sky players for the 2021 season. The season begins September 2 at Utah with the first home game set for September 18 against FCS powerhouse James Madison.Â
