Dillon Jones earns another Big Sky Player of the Week honor

Jones averaged 18.3 points, 11.3 rebounds, and 3.3 assists per game in three games at the Atlantic Slam. This is his 10th career Big Sky Player of the Week honor.
For the second time in two weeks this season, Weber State's Dillon Jones has been named the Big Sky Conference Player of the Week.
It's the 10th career Big Sky Player of the Week honor for Jones.
Jones earned the honor after his performance in three games at the Atlantic Slam Tournament in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada.
In three games, he averaged 18.3 points, 11.3 rebounds, and 3.3 assists per game, and had two double-doubles.
He had 24 points with 12 rebounds in Friday's game against Gardner-Webb. He followed that up with 17 points and 15 rebounds in Saturday's overtime win over Yale. He then had 14 points and seven rebounds in Sunday's game against Colgate.
He was also named to the All-Tournament team for the Atlantic Slam.
Through five games this season, Jones leads the nation in defensive rebounds and is eighth in the country in rebounds at 11.6 per game. He is also first in the Big Sky and 14th in the nation in scoring, averaging 22.0 points per game. He is tied for first in the nation with four double-doubles.
He has now played 93 career games at Weber State and this weekend moved into fourth place on the Weber State career rebounding list with 891. He is also now 16th in career scoring, fifth in steals, and 10th in free throws made and free throw percentage. He has 42 career double-doubles.
Jones and the Wildcats return home and return to action on Monday, November 27 against Navajo Tech.
