Two Wildcats receive Big Sky All-Conference Honors

The Big Sky Conferrence announced its All-Conference volleyball team honors on Tuesday afternoon. These awards are voted on by the league's head coaches. Weber State's Kate Payne and Ashley Gneiting received All-Conference First Team honors.

Payne will finish her career at Weber State holding the Wildcat record for second most assists with 3,340 and third most in digs with 1,531. She will receive First Team honors for the second time in her career.

#10 Ashley Gneiting | Junior | Outside Hitter

Digs: 255
Blocks: 41

Gneiting finished the 2024 season with a single game season high 20 kills, 19 digs, and five blocks. This honor is the first of her career as a Wildcat.

The Wildcats enter the Big Sky Tournament as the #4 seed and are set to face the #5 seed Eastern Washington this Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. The match will be streamed on ESPN+ and live stats can be found on the Weber State Volleyball schedule page.
