OGDEN - Weber State women's basketball adds five transfers and five freshmen to the Wildcat roster for the upcoming season.
Lanae Billy
Junior • 5-7 • Shiprock, N.M.
Billy is a junior transfer from Fort Lewis College. During the 2023-24 season, Billy played and started in 28 games shooting 38.4 percent from the field and 34.3 percent from the three. She ranked fifth in the conference with an 83 percent free throw mark and seventh in points per game with an average of 16.
Japrix Weaver
Sophomore • 6-0 • Cedar City, UT
Weaver is a sophomore transfer from USU Eastern. She played her first year at Snow College during the COVID year where she averaged 14 points and 6.6 rebounds. Weaver averaged 10 points per game on 35.1 percent shooting from three at USU Eastern during the 2023-24 season.
Rose Bubakar
Senior • 6-0 • Frederick, MD
Bubakar is a senior transfer from BYU. During her time at BYU she played in 84 games, starting in 22 before entering the transfer portal.
Kaitlin Burgess
Senior • 5-8 • Auckland, New Zealand
Burgess is a senior transfer from Boise State. She played two seasons at the College of Southern Idaho before signing at Boise State where she spent three years.
Antoniette Emma-Nnopu
Junior • 5-11 • Geelong, Victoria, Australia
Emma-Nnopu is a junior transfer from UNC Greensboro. Playing in 60 games for the Spartans, Emma-Nnopu averaged 4.1 points per game and 4.7 rebounds.
Maya Davis
Freshman • 5-11 • Seattle, WA
Davis is a freshman from Seattle, Washington. She attended Garfield High School where the Bulldogs went 21-3 and won Washington's 3A state championship.
Fui Niumeitolu
Freshman • 5-9 • Sandy, UT
Niumeitolu is a freshman from Sandy, Utah. She attended Alta High School where she posted 1,429 points, 565 rebounds and 162 steals during her high school career. Niumeitolu scored 42 points in Alta High School's season opener against East as a senior.
Mata Peaua
Freshman • 6-2 • Reno, NV
Peaua is a freshman from Reno, Nevada. She attended Bishop Manogue High School where she averaged 13.2 points per game and 6.7 rebounds during her senior year.
Vanna Quintana
Freshman • 5-9 • Dinuba, CA
Quintana is a freshman from Dinuba, California. She attended Buchanan High School.
Dakota Nap

Nap is a freshman from Renton, Washington. As a senior at Hazen High School, she averaged 13.6 points and 9.2 rebounds per game.
