Weber State Athletics and PACS form multi-year partnership

Weber State University Athletics and PACS have announced a multi-year partnership through the 2026-27 athletics season.

PACS Group, Inc is a holding company whose subsidiaries comprise a rapidly growing national platform investing in post-acute care facilities, professionals, and ancillary services.

PACS was founded in 2013 with two skilled nursing facilities. Since the purchase of those initial facilities, the PACS family consists of 276 facilities across 15 states, as well as ancillary and support services, and continues to bring its proven model of mission-driven care that balances access to a national network of support and resources with local decision-making.

The co-founder, CEO and Chairman of PACS is Jason Murray, who was a track and field athlete at Weber State.

"We are thrilled to welcome PACS as a major partner of Weber State Athletics," said WSU Director of Athletics Tim Crompton "This partnership and support from PACS will play a crucial role in the enhancement of the athletic program at Weber State. We look forward to this collaboration and to accomplishing goals together through this partnership."

The President and Chief Operating Officer at PACS Group, Inc., is Josh Jergensen. Sally Cantwell, Senior Vice President of People and Development, and Brooks Stevenson, Vice President, Corporate Communication are both Weber State University graduates. PJ Sanford is the President of PACS Services.
