Weber State Softball Announces 2026 Schedule

OGDEN – Weber State softball has released its schedule for the 2026 season, which features five early-season tournaments, in-state rival matchups, and a full Big Sky Conference slate.

The Wildcats will open the season February 6–8 at the Kickoff Classic in Phoenix, Arizona, where they will face Grand Canyon, Santa Clara and Southern Utah.

Weber State will then head west for the San Diego Tournament, taking on San Diego, Boise State, UC San Diego and Utah Tech.

Returning to Utah, the Wildcats will compete in the Lyman Classic in St. George from February 20–22, facing UC Davis, CSU Bakersfield and Utah Tech. The Wildcats remain in St. George the following week for the Beehive Classic (February 26–March 1), where they will match up against Utah, Utah Tech, Utah Valley and Southern Utah.

Tournament play will conclude in Boise, Idaho, at the Blue Collar Classic, where Weber State will face California Baptist, Boise State and St. Thomas (MN).

As part of the Big Sky/WCC Challenge, Weber State will play Oregon State on March 13–14 before opening home play against LMU on March 20–21.

The Wildcats will face several in-state opponents throughout the spring, including matchups with Utah Valley (March 17 in Orem; March 31 at home), Utah (March 24 in Salt Lake City; April 7 at home), Utah State (April 14 at home) and BYU (April 21 in Provo).

Big Sky Conference play begins on the road March 28–29 at Idaho State, followed by a home series against Sacramento State on April 3–4. The Wildcats then travel to Portland State April 10–11 before returning home to host Montana April 17–18. Weber State will close the regular season April 24–25 on the road against Northern Colorado in Greeley.

The Big Sky Tournament will be held in Pocatello, Idaho, May 4-7.
