Wildcats season ends after loss to Idaho State

BOISE, Idaho - Weber State fell 62-42 in the third round of the Big Sky Tournament to the No. 5 seeded Idaho State Bengals.
First Half | Weber State's first points of the game came from one good Kendra Parra free throw at the 5:40 mark. The Wildcats next two points came from two good Lanae Billy free throws with under three minutes of gameplay to go in the first quarter. Idaho State stayed hot to close out the first ten minutes 16-9.
The Wildcats hit double digits following a Billy 3-pointer but trailed the Bengals 25-12. Followed up by another good Billy 3-pointer, the 'Cats trailed by ten. Despite the Wildcats efforts to get ahead, the Bengals 7-0 run closed out the half 32-15.
Second Half | With the Wildcats fighting to stay in the game, Weber State put up 11 points to Idaho State's 14 in the third quarter. The Wildcats put up an additional 16 points in the final frame but it was not enough as the Bengals went on to secure the win 62-42.
