As a Redshirt-Sophomore in 2011
• Started and played in 31 sets before suffering a season-ending ACL injury against No. 11 Nebraska on Sept. 10, 2011.
• Averaged 3.48 digs per set (108 total), which would have placed her in the top 10 of the Big Sky had she not been injured.
As a Sophomore in 2010
• Sat out the 2010 season as a redshirt recovering from an offseason knee injury.
As a Freshman in 2009
• Played in all 29 matches and 91 sets.
• Recorded 130 digs, with her career-high of 14 coming against Gonzaga (08/29)
Prep/club career
• Graduated from Morgan High School in Morgan, Utah.
• Earned three high school letters in volleyball, three in basketball, and two in track.
• Was named to the Senior All-Star team and also earned All-State honors as a junior and a senior.
• Was named to the 3-A First Team All-State as a senior.
• Was named the 3-A Libero MVP her senior season.
• Earned All-Region honors three times.
• Played club volleyball for Club Xtreme which was coached by Al Givens and competed in the JO's in Miami.

• Was born March 26, 1991 in South Weber, Utah.
• Parents are Layne and Jill Kap.
• Is one of four children with siblings Keelee, Whitney, and Kiah
• Oldest sister, Keelee, played two seasons of volleyball at Weber State in 2005 and 2006 and totaled 881 digs in two seasons with the Wildcats.
