• Played in 56 sets for the Wildcats
• Had 71 kills (1.27/set) and hit .087.
• Was named Team MVP as a junior.
• Had a 9 kill performance against Sacramento State on 10/11/13.

As a Redshirt Freshman in 2012
• Saw time in 67 sets for the Wildcats.
• Recorded 132 kills (1.97/set).
• Also had 27 total blocks and accounted for 148 total points.

As a Freshman at Brigham Young in 2011
• Sat out the season as a redshirt.

During her Prep/Club career
• Graduated from Layton High School in Layton, Utah, in 2011.
• Was four-time letterwinner for the Lancers.
• Was named Team MVP as a junior.
• Was a four-year first-team All-Area selection, and an All-State selection as a junior and senior.
• Was highly recruited out of high school with offers from Pac-12, Big 12, ACC, and MWC schools before originally signing with BYU.

• Was born on June 12, in Provo, Utah.
• Married Jake Kahawaii, a member of the Weber State football team, just prior to the season.
• Parents are Fotu and Elizabeth Katoa. Fotu was an All-American football player at BYU, and her mother was an All-American track runner for the Cougars.
• Siblings are: Nicole, Eliza, Tayler, Suzanne, and Lia.
