Keilan finished his two-year career at Weber State in 2018. In those two seasons he was part of back-to-back Big Sky Championship teams. He played in 25 games and recorded 110 tackles. He also had 12.5 tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks and seven interceptions with 13 pass breakups and three forced fumbles.
2018 (Senior)
Earned first team All-Big Sky honors for the first time in his career and helped lead the Wildcats to a second-straight Big Sky title and a trip to the FCS Quarterfinals...Finished in a tie for fourth in the Big Sky in interceptions with five during the season...Had interceptions against South Dakota, Northern Colorado, Montana State, Idaho State and SEMO, all Wildcat victories...Also recorded five pass breakups on the season and finished with 56 total tackles...Had 5.5 tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks.
2017 (Junior)
Played in 12 games for the Wildcats as part of Weber State’s historic season that included a Big Sky title, a school-record 11 wins and two wins in the FCS Playoffs...Had two interceptions during the year and eight pass breakups...Had an interception in the season-opening win over Montana Western and a win over UC Davis...The eight pass breakups is the second most of any Wildcat during the season...Had three breakups in the win at Montana State...Recorded 54 tackles on the season with 37 solo tackles and 17 assisted tackles...Had nine tackles at Cal and nine in the home win over Montana...Also had 6.5 tackles for loss, with two coming in the FCS Playoff win at Southern Utah...Recorded two sacks, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery during the year.

Played two seasons at Santa Rosa...Had 44 tackles and six interceptions in his sophomore season...Returned one interception for a touchdown...Also had nine pass breakups and one forced fumble on the season.
