The 2025 season was the first season for Brady Daigh as an assistant coach at Weber State. He joined the WSU staff in March 2025 and coaches the WSU defensive tackles. 

In his first season, he coached Matt Herron to second-team All-Big Sky honors.

Daigh came to Weber State with several years of coaching experience, including multiple years in the state of Utah. He was on the staff at the University of Utah in 2024 as a defensive quality control coach. 

In 2023, he was a defensive assistant coach at Utah Tech. 

Before that, he spent two seasons as an assistant coach at the University of Mary, a Division II school in Bismarck, North Dakota.

A native of Littleton, Colorado, Daigh played four years of football at the University of Colorado from 2011-14. He played in 44 career games for the Buffaloes and recorded 107 career tackles with 10.5 tackles for loss and two sacks. 

He graduated from Colorado with a degree in English in 2015.
