Former Weber State standout Isiah Jackson is in his first season as a full-time assistant coach and his third season as part of the WSU coaching staff.Â
Jackson returned to Weber State to join the staff of coach Eric Kjar in January 2026. He coaches the Wildcat wide receivers.Â
Jackson has coaching experience at both the collegiate and high school levels, along with strong recruiting ties in the state of Utah.
Most recently, Jackson spent the 2025 season as an assistant coach at Cedar Valley High School, where he worked with the wide receivers and special teams units.
A native of Sandy, Utah, Jackson attended Jordan High School, where he played for Kjar.
Jackson was a member of the Weber State football program from 2017–21, helping the Wildcats win four Big Sky Conference championships and four FCS Playoff appearances. He appeared in 36 career games and finished his career with 20 receptions for 222 yards and two touchdowns.Â
Following his playing career, Jackson began coaching at Morgan High School, where he spent two seasons as the wide receivers coach.Â
He was also a graduate assistant at Weber State for two seasons.
Jackson earned his bachelor's degree in Outdoor Community Recreation from Weber State in 2021 and is currently completing his master's degree in Sports Coaching and Leadership.
