Dontae was a two-time All-Big Sky Conference performer for the Wildcats and was the Big Sky Freshman of the Year in the spring 2021 season.  

He was a part of the Wildcat program for four years and played in 31 career games. He helped Weber State to two Big Sky titles and three trips to the FCS Playoffs. 

He posted 1,651 career rushing yards, which ranks 17th in Weber State history, and had 15 career rushing touchdowns. 

2022 (Sophomore)
Earned third-team All-Big Sky Conference honors…Played in all 13 games for the Wildcats, helping Weber State to a 10-win season and a trip to the FCS Playoffs…Led Weber State and was 10th in the Big Sky in rushing…Had 134 carries for 801 rushing yards and six touchdowns…Averaged 61.6 yards per game and 5.9 yards per carry…Had a season-high 139 rushing yards and a touchdown in Weber State’s win over Idaho State and had 100 yards in a win over Montana…Also had 10 receptions for 42 yards. 


2021 (R-Freshman)
Played in all 11 games for the Wildcats and led Weber State in rushing…Finished 13th in the Big Sky in rushing with 85 carries for 475 yards and four touchdowns…Had 16 carries for 151 yards and a touchdown in WSU’s win at Dixie State, including a 52-yard touchdown run…Also had touchdown runs against UC Davis, Eastern Washington and Southern Utah…Also had two receptions for 10 yards.


Spring 2021

Saw action in all six games for the Wildcats during the spring season, helping Weber State to a fourth straight Big Sky Championship…Was named the Big Sky Co-Freshman of the Year for his performance, becoming just the second Wildcat to ever earn the honor...He also earned second team All-Big Sky honors...Finished seventh in the Big Sky in rushing at 62.7 yards per game...Had 63 carries for 376 yards and five touchdowns during the spring season...Had a season-high 13 carries for 138 yards and a touchdown in WSU’s win at Southern Utah...Also had two touchdowns in the season-opening win at Idaho State and had 91 yards an another touchdown in the home win over ISU.  
 
2019 (R-Freshman)
Sat out the season as a red shirt as the Wildcats won their third-straight Big Sky title and advanced to the FCS Semifinals.


Chief Sealth High School
Graduated from Chief Sealth High School where he was the unanimous Player of the Year and earned first team All-Metro honors as a running back and a linebacker...Finished with 2,019 rushing yards and 43 touchdowns...Also returned two interceptions for touchdowns, two punt returns for touchdowns and one kickoff for a touchdown.
