Brandon Watson joins Weber State in his first year as an assistant coach. Prior to joining Weber State, Watson served as a graduate assistant at the University of West Florida. 

While at the University of West Florida, Watson coached and developed serving techniques, conducted film review and statistical analysis, assisted with team travel and served as a practice player. 

Watson was also a student assistant at the University of Arkansas, where he provided statistical analysis for the women’s volleyball program and supported game-day operations. He also assisted in practice with serving and passing drills and rotational analysis during matches. 

Watson also worked for Gold Medal Squared as a lead volleyball camp coach during his college years. 

Watson earned his bachelor’s degree in recreation and sport management from the University of Arkansas.Â
