Beau Hadley and Biff Swan Named to CoSIDA / ESPN The Magazine District 8 All-Academic Team

BEAU HADLEY (6-0, 185 Jr. Safety / Taylor, Utah / Fremont HS) and BIFF SWAN (6-0, 235 Jr. MLB / Jerome, Idaho / Jerome HS) have been named to the CoSIDA District 8 All-Academic Team, sponsored by ESPN The Magazine. Those nominated must have at least a 3.30 cumulative grade point average.
Out of the 501 athletes named to the eight district teams (University Division and College Division), Hadley, a technical sales major, was one of 25 student-athletes who had attained a perfect 4.00 gpa. Hadley currently leads the Wildcats in Total Tackles this season with 83 (44 unassisted). He is tied with teammate Scotty Goodloe for the most interceptions this season with three, and has four forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and one quarterback sack. Hadley is a two-time member of the Big Sky Conference football all-academic team as well.
Swan is also majoring in Technical Sales where he carries a 3.72 gpa. Swan is second to Hadley on the team in Total Tackles this season with 61 (28 unassisted). He has 3.5 tackles for loss and one interception. Swan was named to the 2007 Big Sky Conference football all-academic team.
