Weber State had two players sign as free agents in the National Football League. Josh Morris (6-0, 190 CB) and Kyle Mutcher (6-3, 300 OC) inked offer sheets after the completion of the NFL draft on Saturday afternoon. Morris signed with the Philadelphia Eagles, while Mutcher signed with the Buffalo Bills. ... Below are career highlights for each player.

* Played eight games and was a three-game starter as a sophomore in 2007 after playing one season of junior college ball at Northeastern Oklahoma JC.
* Started all 14 games for the Wildcats. ... Had 63 tackles, 35 unassisted, with five interceptions (3 in one game vs. @Idaho State), nine pass break ups and a fumble recovery. ... Had a big game vs. @#3 ranked Cal Poly in the opening round of the NCAA Division I FCS playoffs going up against 6-6, 220 WR Ramses Barden. Barden had six catches for 106 yards (he was averaging just under nine receptions per game) but Morris had a pass interception which eventually led to a score, helping the Wildcats to a 49-35 win.
