Khouri is a 5-7 libero from Rio de Janiero, Brazil. She is a junior college transfer from Eastern Wyoming College where she earned her Associate's Degree in Communications. She was named Libero of the Year in Reigion IX North and was selected by NJCAA Region IX North as an All-American nominee. She was named to the All-region First team. She finished her sophomore season ninth in the nation with 595 digs and top 25 with 4.69 digs per set.
"We are looking forward to having Helena in our gym," said head coach Jeremiah Larsen. "We lost two very important defensive players last season with the graduation of Thamires and Jesse. Helena has the work ethic, and skill set to compete to fill their shoes."

Emily Olson - Setter - 5-8
Olson is a setter from Victoria, Texas. "We are excited about Emily joining our program," Larsen said. "Emily is a very good setter and is incredibly dedicated. She will add depth to our setting position next season."
