Tawnie Moore places at USATF Indoor Championships

Weber State track and field senior Tawnie Moore placed in the 60 meter hurdles at the Toyota USA Track and Field Championships this weekend in New York City.
Moore finished eighth in the 60 meter hurdles at the meet, held on Staten Island. She posted a time of 8.20 to finish eighth and beat her career best by .12 seconds.
She was the only collegiate runner to make the finals of the event.
The Marriott-Slaterville, Utah native currently holds two school records and Weber State in the indoor 60 meter hurdles and the outdoor 100 meter hurdles. She is a three-time Big Sky champion.
She will be a senior for the Wildcats during the 2019 outdoor season, which begins March 14.
