Morgan King named Big Sky Track Athlete of the Week

OGDEN - After winning two events with two personal bests, Weber State senior Emily Morgan King has been named the Big Sky Women's Track Athlete of the Week.
Morgan King won two events at the Snake River Open last weekend in Pocatello. She took first place in the 60 meters with a time of 7.55. That ties her career-best and ranks third in Weber State history.
She followed that up by winning the title in the 200 meters with a time of 24.76. That time ranks as the sixth-fastest in school history.
Both times are also currently the fastest in the Big Sky Conference.
