Women's Tennis Finishes Season With 4-0 Loss To No. 7 Stanford At NCAA Tournament

Stanford, CA - The Weber State women's tennis team made an appearance in the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2000. The 'Cats fell 4-0 to the No. 7 seed Stanford this afternoon, ending their 2023 season. Â
Before settling into singles play, the 'Cats dropped the doubles point to the Stanford duos of Angelica Blake/Alexis Blokhina and Emma Sun/Alexandra Yepifanova.Â
Wildcats Ana Morett (2-6, 4-6), Cindy Ping An (0-6, 2-6), and Dylan Lolofie (1-6, 0-6) battled against their Stanford opponents but could not find a win for the 'Cats for a final score of 4-0. Three matches went unfinished.Â
