Wildcat Cross Country claims second highest GPA in the NCAA for Fall Semester

The women's cross country team received academic honors from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association for second highest team GPA in the nation. The 'Cats tallied a 3.87 GPA as a team. 

This has been calculated off of the 2023 Fall semester and to qualify the team must have at least 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale. Among the team, there were 10 athletes who finished the semester with a 4.0 GPA. 

"I am very happy with their academic work," head coach Paul Pilkington said.
