Women's Tennis takes the win

Santa Clara, CA - Women's Tennis came back strong in today's match and took the win against Santa Clara University.Â
Starting strong in the singles competition, Megan Davies defeated Santa Clara opponent in court one with a score of 7-6, 6-3. Following Davies, Ana Morett did not disappoint in court two coming in with 6-0, 4-6, 7-5. Li Yang was able to close out the singles competition with the score of 6-0, 6-2 in court 6.Â
To begin the doubles competition, Davies and Morett secured a win for Weber State 6-2 against doubles opponents. Kenadee Semenik and Jessica Hill were able to lock down the winning score for Weber at the end of the doubles competition 6-4 against Santa Clara.Â
The 'Cats came to fight this weekend and will be bring home two out of three wins for Weber State. Go Wildcats.Â
