Wildcats Drop Opener Of California Road Trip

Northridge, CA — The Wildcat women's tennis team dropped their first match of a California road trip that consists of three matches in four days.
The 'Cats were unable to secure a point in either singles or doubles play despite three of the singles matches going into the third set. Megan Davies and Li Yang (Cindy) Ping An both fell in the third set of their matches 10-7 and Ana Morett came up short in her final frame by a score of 6-2
The doubles match was a quick win by the Matadors as they took all three of the matches by scores of 6-3, 6-4, and 6-2.
The team will look to bounce back from the loss as they continue the road trip to Riverside, California where they will battle against UC Riverside on Tuesday March 5th at 2pm
