Women's Tennis Takes The Win At The Last Clinch

Pocatello, ID - Weber State wins with a final clinch against Idaho State leading to a score of 4-3.Â
Starting off strong in the singles competition, Megan Davies defeats Idaho competitor 7-6, 6-0 in court one. Following Davies, Ana Morett came in to steal a win from Idaho with the score of 7-6, 6-1. To seal the deal with the wins of the singles competition, Sicely Ferreira, in court five, came in with the last clinch to win it all ending with the score of 6-1, 6-1.Â
In the doubles competition, women's tennis came to play and dominate. Megan Davies and Ana Morett in court one fought hard and ended their match 7-5 against Idaho doubles team. Kenadee Semenik and Jessica Hill ended the doubles competition with a defeat against Idaho 6-4.
The 'Cats came back strong this weekend and went home with a win.Â
