Weber State cheer has won six straight national titles, including the Grand National Championship last year.
It's Championship time again for the Weber State Spirit Squad. The Wildcat cheer and dance teams will soon head to Florida looking for another national championship trophy.Â
Weber State will compete at the 2024 NCA/NDA Collegiate Cheer and Dance Championships in Daytona Beach, Florida. The competition will be held from Thursday-Saturday, April 11-13.Â
The competition will be streamed for a fee on Varsity.com and through the FloSports app. Schedules and results will also be posted at Varsity.com.Â
The Wildcat Spirit Squad is looking to win its seventh straight Division I national championship. The Wildcats will be competing in the Large Coed division once again, where they have won the last six years, including the Grand National Championship last year.Â
In addition, Weber State will also compete in the small coed division and have couples competing in the partner stunt division. Â
The Weber State dance team will compete in the Jazz and Hip Hop divisions. The Wildcat dance team has also been selected to represent Team USA later in April at the Premier Hip Hop category at the ICU World Championships.Â
