Weber State women's basketball welcomes two new signees

OGDEN - Weber State women's basketball and head coach Jenteal Jackson are excited to announce the addition of two new players to the Wildcat team. Berkley Hart and Iza have signed with Weber State.Â
Berkley Hart
Hart is a 6'0 guard from San Antonio, Texas.
From Alamo Heights High School, Hart is a four-year letterwinner in basketball. Throughout her high school career, Hart played in 96 games and totaled 1,441 points. She also recorded 644 rebounds, 183 assists, 182 steals and 180 blocks.
Hart was named First Team All-District in 2023-24 and Defensive Player of the Year in 2025.
Hart plans to major in Political Science while at Weber State.
Berkley is a big get for us! She is a relentless competitor who can do it all. She adds length and versatility, being 6'1 and able to run the forward or guard position, said Jackson. Berkley has contagious energy and is an incredible person, which we really value here at Weber State. We are excited for Berkley to elevate us, on and off the court.
Iza Juarez
Juarez is a 6'0 shooting guard from Phoenix, Arizona.Â
Juarez attended Bella Vista College Prep and played club basketball for Peak.
Juarez was a part of the Arizona 6A State Champion team in 2023 and was also named 3A Offensive Player of the Year.
Iza is a huge addition to our program! She adds length, shooting and athleticism at the guard position, said Jackson. She's a versatile player who will be very dangerous at the collegiate level. She's also an incredible person, which we really value here at Weber State. We are excited for the positive impact she'll have on us, on and off the court.
