Wildcats to Open Season at Wolverine Invitational

OGDEN, Utah – The Weber State women's golf team will open up the 2025-26 season on Monday with the opening round of the Wolverine Invitational, hosted by Utah Valley at Talons Cove Golf Club in Saratoga Springs, Utah.
Tournament Format
The 54-hole event will feature 36 holes of continuous play during Monday's opening round, beginning with an 8 a.m. shotgun start. Tuesday's final round will also begin with an 8 a.m. shotgun start to determine the team and individual champions.
Tournament Field
The 2025 Wolverine Invitational field includes: Cal State Bakersfield, CSUN, Idaho State, Lamar, Southern Utah, Utah Tech, Utah Valley, Weber State, Westminster, and Wyoming.
Course Information
Talons Cove Golf Club will serve as the host course for the tournament. The par-72 layout will be set up at 6,105 yards for the event and is known for its scenic views of Utah Lake and the surrounding mountains, along with generous fairways and strategically placed bunkers.
Live Scoring
Live scoring will be available throughout the tournament at Clippd Scoreboard.
The Wildcats
Competing for Weber State in the season opener will be Cala Korman, Jade Gruher, Emily Song, Sofia Fuenmayor and freshman Adley Nelson. Playing as individuals will be Braylyn Bayer, Rachel Lillywhite and Brynn Bischoff.
