Weber State women's basketball is back at the Dee Events Center on Saturday afternoon as the Wildcats host Denver in their second game of the 2026-27 season.
Saturday's game is set for a 4 p.m. tipoff in Ogden.
The Wildcats enter the matchup at 1-0 after opening the season with an 86-46 win over Westminster on Tuesday night. Weber State got off to a strong start, taking a 19-9 lead after the first quarter before continuing to build its advantage throughout the game.
Hannah Robbins led the Wildcats offensively with 21 points, while Grace Hintz added 17 points. Siena Guttadauro and Sydney White also reached double figures, giving Weber State four players with 10 or more points in the season opener.
The Wildcats will look to carry that momentum into Saturday's contest as they face a Denver team coming off a 66-52 win over Lindenwood. The Pioneers enter the game with a 1-1 record after opening their season with a loss to Air Force before bouncing back Wednesday night.
Saturday's matchup will be the third meeting between the two programs. Weber State has won the last two meetings, including a 61-49 victory in Denver in 2015.
The Wildcats will look to continue their strong start to the season and defend their home court as they welcome the Pioneers to Ogden.
