Bobcats take down Wildcats 4-3

Bozeman, MT — The Weber State Wildcats fell on the road to the Montana State Bobcats in Bozeman, Montana, 4-3 on Sunday afternoon.
"Started really bad in doubles, then Ken Dinh and Theo Mottier played great matches to put us up 2-1," Head Coach Brad Ferreira said. "Zulch played a great match to tie it 3-3, and Clement Lecoq fought back to bring it even in the 2nd before falling just short."
Weber State was swept in doubles play, falling 6-1 in the #3 position and 6-4 in the #2 position. Ken Dinh and Dawid Scholtz went unfinished on Court #1.
In singles, Theo Mottier and William Zulch took their matches in straight sets for the Wildcats. Mottier won 7-5, 7-6 (7-3), and Zulch took his 6-2, 7-6 (7-3).
Ken Dinh won his match on Court #1 in three sets, 6-3, 0-6, 6-3.
The Wildcats will return home to take on the Idaho Vandals at the Ogden Athletic Club on Sunday, April 12th, at 12:00 p.m.
The Vandals enter Sunday with a 7-13 mark on the season and a 2-2 record so far in Big Sky Conference play.
