Zach finished his Weber State in 2019. In his four seasons playing with the Wildcats, he set a new Weber State record by starting in 127 career games. He played in 128 career games he played, which is the fifth most in WSU history. He finished his career fifth in Weber State history in career rebounds with 780. He is also 15th in career scoring with 1,484 career points and ranks fifth in career blocks. He ended his career as one of just three players in Weber State history with 1,000 career points, 700 rebounds and 100 blocked shots. He also finished with a career field goal percentage of 58.9 percent.   

2018-19 (Senior)
Was one of two seniors on this year’s team...Played in 30 games with 29 starts...Led the Big Sky in field goal percentage at 61.1 percent...Averaged 9.9 points per game during the season...Scored in double figures 15 times and reached a season-high of 18 points three times...Also averaged 6.8 rebounds per game, which ranked fifth in the conference...Finished in double figures in rebounding four times, with a career-high 15 rebounds against Benedictine...Had three double-doubles on the year...Was second on the Wildcat team with 19 blocks during the season.

2017-18 (Junior)
Started in 30 games for the Wildcats during the season, helping Weber State to its third-straight 20-win season...Earned Big Sky Third Team All-Conference honors for the first time in his career...Was third on the Wildcat team in scoring at 12.3 points per game...Scored in double figures in 23 of 30 games and scored 20 or more points three times...Had a career-high 25 points in Weber State’s win over Northern Colorado on Feb. 10...Finished second in the Big Sky in rebounding, averaging  7.8 rebounds per game...Had seven games of 10 or more rebounds and led the Wildcats with seven double-doubles during the season...Also finished eighth in the conference in field goal percentage as he shot 55.4 percent from the field on the year...Was eighth in the Big Sky in blocks with 31 for an average of 1.0 per game.

2016-17 (Sophomore)
Started in all 34 games for the Wildcats and helped lead Weber State to the Big Sky Tournament championship game and a trip to the CIT Postseason Tournament...Finished third on the Wildcat team in scoring at 10.1 points per game...Scored in double figures 14 times and reached 20 or more points twice...Had a career-high 22 points with 12 rebounds in WSU’s home win over Northern Arizona...Also scored 21 points in WSU’s CIT win at Cal State Fullerton...Was second on the team and 15th in the Big Sky in rebounding at 6.0 per game...Reached double figures in rebounding three times with career-highs of 13 rebounds at BYU and at Portland State...Had three double-doubles on the season...Shot 59.5 percent from the field, fifth best in the Big Sky...That percentage ranks as the sixth best in a season in Weber State history...Shot 60 percent in Big Sky games...Finished eighth in the Big Sky in blocks with 31...Had a career-high of six blocks in the season opening win over Antelope Valley, tied for the second most in a game in school history.

2015-16 (Freshman)
Played and started in 34 games for the Wildcats as a red shirt freshman...Was part of the Wildcat team that won the Big Sky regular season title, the Big Sky Tournament title and advanced to the NCAA Tournament...Finished the year averaging 6.9 points and 4.1 rebounds per game, while shooting 61.4 percent from the field...Scored in double figures seven times during the season, with a season-high 15 against Pacific Union...Also had 14 against Montana State and 13 against Montana in back-to-back home games...Reached a season-high of 11 rebounds in a win over Northern Arizona...Was also third on the Wildcat team in blocks with 19 on the season.

2014-15
Sat out the season as a red shirt with the Wildcats after signing with Weber State in November 2013.

Highlands Ranch High School
Graduated from Highlands Ranch High School in 2014...Played for coach Bob Caton...As a junior was the fifth rated player in the state of Colorado...Averaged 12.8 points, 10.5 rebounds and 1.3 assists as a junior while earning 5A First Team Continental League honors...Also led the team in rebounds and blocks during the season...As a senior he averaged 17.9 points and 13.8 rebounds per game in addition to 3.7 blocks a game and was again ranked as one of the top 10 players in the state...Played on the Billups Elite AAU team under head coach Ronnie DeGray...Was also recruited by Wyoming, Colorado State, Denver and Northwestern.

Personal
Was born Oct. 12, 1995, in Minneapolis...Is the son of Keith and Eileen Braxton...Has one sister, Blaire, who plays college basketball in the Big Sky at Montana State...He graduated from Weber State in April 2018 with a bachelor's degree in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and Advertising...Is currently pursuing a second bachelor's degree in Professional Sales.
